Parking: 4 x off street parking, including trailer/boat parking. There is no guest access to the garage.



*Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the rear of the property looking into the paddocks for security & health and safety purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
