There was no one there for check in but host communicated well. The room smelt very musty and the walls were paper thin to the point I could hear the neighbor next door cough. Also got rudely awakened by extreme loud quests at 3am. Room had a queen size bed and a twin with only two pillows for both beds. Thankfully we only needed it for one night. Great location by the port.

Great location for coast and old town. Property itself staff were waiting outside room for us to leave most days so they could cleaning. Left key in door one day luckily nothing stolen. Breakfast the same everyday and awful coffee made in microwave. No information on area and felt an inconvenience to them.

Our stay at Di Palma Suite was great, our room was large and clean. The ocean view was also very nice. The breakfast was only mediocre, we chose to find a nearby cafe instead.

At Di Palma Suite, we found a cozy and great atmosphere, typical of Napoli Environment. All the staff was great and accommodating. The B&B is located at Santa Lucia, one of the oldest and best area on the gulf of Napoli. Safe, calm with an astonishing panorama. The rooms were really antique and classic. I would highly recommend everyone who wants to visit Napoli or even for doing some relaxing smart-working

Perfect stay for a family in Naples

The rooms, including the bathroom were very clean and recently renovated. The hosts were very friendly and the location is perfect to visit both the historical center as well as Napoli's beautiful "lungomare"

Really grand interior--typical Italian sense of style, lots of antiques. Room was large and comfortable as well. Location couldn't be much better. Owners (group of brothers and sisters) very friendly and helpful. Unbelievably quiet for a location beside the bay on a busy street--barely heard anything from outside at night. Having to use so many different keys to enter and exit at night was a nuisance, and the presence of three different elevators from the ground floor up to different parts of the building took some getting used to, but a small price to pay for the greater parts of it all. Drawbacks for me: 1) breakfast--not much selection, and nearly everything sweet! The owners, though, did make fresh omelettes and espresso on order; 2) the owners' level of English was a bit of a problem with several misunderstandings about things, although admittedly, nothing serious came up; 3) no staff/or owners on or near the building after breakfast was a little inconvenient, especially when we discovered after check-in that our bathroom had no toilet paper and we couldn't find any either inside or outside the room!

The location is awesome. A short walk to the beach, a short walk to excellent food and a short walk to the bus stop for when you want to see more of Napoli. Can't ask for more.

Beautiful place to stay in the centre of Naples

My boyfriend and I had a great stay in this b and b. The room was super clean and comfortable bed. The location is also great - very close to the sea and main square. Thank you to all at Di Palma Suite for a great service!

Exceptional Hospitality

Di Palma Suite was exceptional even before we got there. Since we were able to communicate via WhatsApp with Francesca-owner...very friendly...we were able to make arrangements for a very pleasant stay at Di Palma. If you are coming from the Port Molo Beverello, Enzo (the BEST) can pick you up for a very reasonable fee (do confirm a day in advance though) OR when you exit the port...make a left...when you get to the tunnel, make a left...go up the stairs and look for the address. The car service (reasonable fee) to the airport is also a great service and gives peace of mind when travelling. We LOVED that they have this service. The room was squeaky-clean, roomy, comfy and tastefully decorated. I liked that they provided slippers and toothbrush....toothpaste...very convenient. When we arrived at Di Palma, we were warmly greeted with a fresh juice and salt/sweet pastries. The attention we got was like going to visit nice cousins. The girls who take care of the place(Federica, Julia, Rafaella) took pride in making us feel comfortable, safe and taken care of. They gave us great suggestions. I can't forget Salvatore who whipped up some fantastic cappuccinos & made us breakfast; he was also super friendly. And Enzo...he's the best & funny guy too. Di Palma is an easy walk to the Royal Palace...opulence at its best, galleries, shops, many great restaurants on side streets, etc. Naples has a lot to offer & Di Palma is the place to stay for their incredibly hospitality.

Traditinal stay great location - around corner from Bay of Naples & restaurants etc near Port for ferries to Capri Positano etc - So welcomed & looked after by Julie & G & Franseca and chaffeured around by brilliant driver Enzo - offer of coffee after a big day out at Capri was so appreciated

Lovely BnB

Great BnB. Clean, large room. Loved balcony. The only problem we had was no phone service in Naples and there was no 24 hr lobby as was indicated and you needed to call them and we could not, even using WiFi of restaurant and that was entire time in Naples with no service. We had to ask a stranger who had service to call but by that time we had missed a tour we had booked. Worth the effort bc they were extremely nice people but make sure you contact them prior bc it’s an old large building with many businesses and apartments and apparently they do have connection issues.

This property was beautiful. It’s got a great location (right on the water). The staff is so kind. Our son was sick and they continually checked in on us. If you’re going to be traveling abroad, this is the hotel you want to stay in.

Everyone that worked there was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are well equipped with lots of extras. The location was good for getting around Naples and going to Capri.
