Le plus :mer Ă  proximitĂ© .et l exterieur de la maison ,dommage qu il n y ait pas de transat pour profiter de la sieste dans le jardin.Maison des annees 50 ,un peu vieillotte ( salle de bain du bas tres vintage).Un bon nettoyage aurait pu ĂȘtre fait ,poussiere de la dĂ©co, rideaux et matelas Ă  depoussierer egalement ,matelas de la chambre du bas plein de sable.Sinon dans la cuisine il y a tout ce qu il faut .Localisation de la maison

Super maison de vacances, rien ne manquait, il y avait mĂȘme une chaise et un lit bĂ©bĂ©, trĂšs proche de la plage,au calme, seul bĂ©mol pour les literies et oreillers qui mĂ©ritent d'ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s. Attention aussi aux escaliers trĂšs raides. Manque aussi peut-ĂȘtre la climatisation.

La proximitĂ© de la plage est parfaite, le quartier est trĂšs calme. le jardin agrĂ©able mais mĂ©riterait d ĂȘtre un peu taillĂ© cĂŽtĂ© portillon et cĂŽtĂ© Ă©tendage. La salle de bain du bas serait plus agrĂ©able avec une cabine de douche et coin salon petit et peu confortable. Dans l ensemble sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans une grande maison.

Das Haus bietet genug Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Liegt in optimalen StrandnĂ€he. Es wurde einst sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, leider aber nicht weiter gepflegt. Es war nicht sauber,wir mussten erst putzen. In den Ecken Jahre alter Schmutz. Möbel zum Teil auseinandergefallen (Schubladen). Der Grill nur mit viel Improvisation brauchbar. Die Gartenmöbel bestanden aus sehr unbequem MetallstĂŒhlen und Liegen waren auch keine vorhanden . Wir haben unseren Urlaub trotzdem sehr genossen .

Tolles Haus am Meer

Das Haus liegt in StrandnÀhe, hat innen viel Platz. Leider ist das Inventar marode.Es wurde einst sehr liebevoll eingerichtet aber nicht mehr gepflegt. Es war sehr schmutzig, mussten erst putzen.Der Staubsauger musste auch erstsauber gemacht werden,Filter zu un der Beutel schon geplatzt.Der Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht.wir haben unserenUrlaub trotz allem sehr genossen, da wir jeden Tag etwas unternehmen konnten.

Schöne Zeit am Meer

Antiker Gasherd, ein paar Ameisen, keine Sonnenliegen und ein defekter Klositz waren kleine Schönheitsfehler. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbar und der Ort in den Osterferien nicht ĂŒberlaufen.Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und sportliche AktivitĂ€ten auch fĂŒr Teenager sind möglich.

Charmante maison trÚs bien situé avec son jardin , sa douche extérieur et son barbecue. La literie un peu médiocre mais le point négatif est la propreté: frigo et vaisselles trÚs sales , Tapis de douches dégueulasses ! On a du tout laver !

Maison de location vraiment trÚs proche de la mer ( moins de 2 minutes a pied) . Assez grande pour accueillir 8 adultes et bébé. Tout est a disposition dans la maison . Seul bémol , literie dans deux chambres et mobilier de jardin qui resterais a revoir. Rapport qualité/prix trÚs intéressant. Agence interhome superbe. Bravo.

La localisation du bien est trĂšs bien. L’ext Est est Ă©galement bien ce qui permet d’en profiter sans avoir de vis Ă  vis ou de passage. L’électromĂ©nager fonctionne trĂšs bien avec une belle exposition de la cuisine. Par contre, pendant notre sĂ©jour nous avons eu plusieurs jours des odeurs peu agrĂ©ables (Ă©gouts) qui ne partaient pas mĂȘme avec les portes et fenĂȘtres ouvertes. La literie est Ă©galement dans un trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat.

La maison est jolie et conforme aux photos extĂ©rieures avec la proximitĂ© de la plage et de la mer qui sont un rĂ©el plus. Cependant , La maison sentait beaucoup le renfermĂ© quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s. Vraiment dommage au 15 juin. Le mini four ne fonctionnait pas vraiment (pas au delĂ  de 150 degrĂ©s. Il y a un lave vaisselle trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© quand on est en vacances, par contre le filtre Ă©tait vraiment sale, et sans sel rĂ©gĂ©nĂ©rant : peut ĂȘtre serait utile que quelqu'un le vĂ©rifie au moment du mĂ©nage car quand on vient pour 4 jours, on espĂšre que l'Ă©lectro-mĂ©nager fonctionne bien.
