Appartamento Vittoria is a 7-bed vacation home for rent for vacations within walking distance of the beach in Sant`Isidoro, Marina di Nardò. The house is on the second floor and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets.

A wide flight of stairs leads to the second floor where a spacious furnished veranda introduces the Appartamento Vittoria.
The entrance is into the furnished living room with air-conditioned dining room and double sofa bed. A graceful stone arch separates the living room from the kitchen equipped with electric oven and coffee maker. The kitchen is connected to a small balcony with washstand. In the living area there is a full shower room.
Beyond the hallway is the sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom with climate and 1 triple bedroom with bunk bed + single bed. From the entrance balcony, then, other stairs lead to the sea view terrace, where there is an outdoor shower, a gazebo and a barbecue.

Appartamento Vittoria is located in a residential complex just 200 meters from Sant`Isidoro beach, famous for its crystal-clear water and accessible shallow water. The resort in summer offers all the main services.
Sant`Isidoro is very close to other seaside resorts on the Nardò coast, such as Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno, the natural park of Portoselvaggio and Torre Squillace. The nearest town is Porto Cesareo, just 5 km away.
 




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the double bedroom and in living room.
