Brand new gorgeous coastal modern farmhouse, with an open concept first floor that features a stunning kitchen and massive Island that will suit any chef's needs as well as a large sectional in the family room with a 65 Inch 4KTV that is perfect for the whole family to enjoy after a day at the beach. The kitchen features a huge white Calatta quartz island able to seat 6 plus people ,with plenty of space to cook a feast or order out from one of our many restaurants in the area.
As you walk up the beautiful custom stair case to the 3 bedrooms, you will find one extra large master bedroom with California kingsize memory foam mattress ,with shiplap wall and very large walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have slight water views through the trees and a beautiful sunset with queen beds. All three bedrooms have wall hung TV's for streaming your favorite movies .The upstairs full bath is decorated with beautiful subway tiles and waterfall shower head.The down stairs bathroom is beautifully decorated and conveniently located.of the kitchen.The laundry room of the kitchen is large with beautiful shelving for storage and stocked with laundry detergent for your convenience .Head out of the kitchen through the door to a beautiful patio with fence in yard for privacy and a new outdoor enclosed shower to rinse off all the sand after a relaxing day at the beach.The house has top of the line Wifi for your internet needs.

Please place all sheets and bath towels in bag provided. wash all beach towels for the next family.Clean grill, wash all dishtowels.
Basement is off limits and not safe for children.Please use outside shower to rinse off so our home stays clean of sand.
Place anything used back where you found it, so cleaning crews don't considerate missing. Don't forget to have a great time !
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please notify me is there is anything wrong while your at the house don't wait till you move out . Make sure grill is cleaned out prior to leaving
please do NOT use any chemicals on the kitchen counter .Make sure all beds are stripped and linens in put in bag provided .
no food is allowed in bedrooms .Please rinse off all sand in outdoor shower to not clog drains.

We had a wonderful vacation. There were 3 adult couples and we stayed for 2 weeks. We had ample room. We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen. The house is newly remodeled and has wonderful updates. Everything was clean, and well organized. Our host was very responsive when we had any questions and a pleasure to work with.

Langelier Family Vacation
