Unit Layout

You will be staying in a 6-room semi-detached house that spans across two levels and covers an area of 240 square meters. The house features a spacious living room equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, and a hi-fi system. There is also an open dining room with a dining table. From the living and dining areas, you can access the terrace and the swimming pool. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has two beds, a shower/WC, and satellite TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has an exit to the terrace. There is a separate WC on the ground floor.

The house is designed for your comfort and convenience, with amenities such as air conditioning, heating (available from October 1st to April 30th), natural stone floors, and a washing machine.
