The Above Nashville Country Manor by ABOVE Vacation Residences is an expansive 9,000 sq ft family-friendly retreat in Franklin, TN, where comfort and entertainment come together on a picturesque 5-acre lot. Perfect for families with children or those looking to host memorable gatherings, this home offers an abundance of amenities and space for everyone.

With 8 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the home is designed to comfortably accommodate large groups. Multiple living rooms provide plenty of space for relaxation, while the screened-in porch offers a tranquil spot to enjoy the outdoors in comfort. Children and adults alike will delight in the variety of activities available. The heated pool is perfect for swimming year-round, and the play scape and yard volleyball provide endless outdoor fun. Indoors, you’ll find a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table for friendly competition, as well as a home theatre for movie nights and a gym for those looking to stay active. This estate provides a versatile and welcoming environment for creating lasting memories. Regularly property is set for 15 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 18 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
