Nice hotel and convenient to area attractions

Overall it was a nice place to stay with access to the downtown area not close but quickly accessed by car. The cleaning staff were nice, but there was a little confusion about cleaning our room since we prefer to only have service every couple of days, not every day. The person cleaning our room spoke no English, so we had to use the Google translator on her phone which worked ok but just made communication a little complicated. Front Desk staff were super nice - Angel and Trinity. General area around the hotel was not scenic mostly industrial in nature. Bus stop was across the street.

I had not stayed in a Holiday Inn in many years and this one knocked it out of the park! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, there was a full breakfast, although you had to pay for it. But it was delicious and well worth it! There was even an option to eat the night before when we got in there a little bit too late and didn't wanna go anywhere. The room was spacious and so very nice! We wish everyone of our hotels would be as nice as this one! We highly recommend that you stay here!

Room and bathroom are big. Bed is not comfortable. Got a back pain in the morning. Shower head didn’t get the full water. The nozzle on the faucet didn’t go all the way up which made the shower head not get the full water. People are friendly and helpful. Lobby is nice but it smells really bad in front of the hotel! It’s like a sewer smell.
