We were on the first floor and it was noisy at times. My husband killed a roach in the room:( The beds were comfortable but the pillows weren’t as soft as I need. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Hotel in a very convenient area, Hotel desk staff very friendly, we were beside interstate and very noisy on our side this visit. Very convenient to Opryland area. I have trouble with steps and we were on second floor, fire alarm went off- they were testing alarm we were very upset that they did not tell people in advance they would be testing it. It caused a lot of problems for me that could have been avoided

Clean room, friendly staff, warm breakfast. It is an older facility but it is well maintained. Sheets were clean as well as the bathroom towels. The pricing was phenomenal for the accommodations and breakfast. I would stay again.
