This is the right side of a duplex (unit A). Guests have full privacy and do not share any indoor space. Please reach out to us if you are also interested in renting Unit B next door.



We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet.



After booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines:



- Pick up after dog droppings

- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively

- Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds

- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.

- Put pet sheets on furniture

- Pets must be housebroken

- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time.

- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively

- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizations



*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning.



A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.

Just what we needed.

The property was exactlly what my family needed as we explored the greater Nashville area. My family of six slept comfortably and enjoyed our time. The house was close to shops, grocery stores and many local attractions. The check in process was easy .

Cute, convenient, quiet

The cottage was nicely remodeled and decorated, and it was clean. The location was convenient--a couple minutes drive to downtown Franklin, and about 40 minutes to Nashville. The neighborhood was quiet. We were comfortable, and we had an excellent vacation in Tennessee!

Fun in Franklin

My wife and I had a great time for our week stay in Franklin. Our cottage was clean and comfy. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and just minutes away from downtown Franklin.We attended the John Fogarty concert at the Quarry. It was a very nice venue. Went to Nashville for a day which was only about a half hour drive. Would recommend this VRBO for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Staycation away from a full house

I was just getting out of the house for a week. 5 young adults and 3 dogs were not ideal for a week off work and relaxing. This rental was a great place and the owners were easy to work with.

Great Place!

We stayed here for 4 nights and I believe this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Gretchen is super responsive and worked with us on some special requests we had. This house was our respite while we were having some remodeling work done. It is really close to downtown Franklin and ended up being a perfect location for us. It is also extremely quiet. It is a great place!
