**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
At Mason Lofts, we’re committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. While we don’t oversee the construction currently happening in units 201 and 301, we want to keep you informed so there are no surprises during your visit.

You may notice some dust in the air or plastic sheeting in the stairwells and common areas — this is due to ongoing work within those specific units. Though we are not managing the project, we are doing our best to maintain a clean and pleasant environment around it.

The building’s dumpster may be temporarily located near the garage to support the work being done. Feel free to leave bagged trash inside your unit or take it directly to the outdoor bin.

To show our appreciation for your understanding, we’re offering special discounted rates while this work is underway.

Nestled in a serene Midtown neighborhood, our condo is a peaceful retreat near the iconic Parthenon and just an 8-minute drive from Broadway's lively energy. Enjoy a tranquil and beautifully designed space while exploring the best of Nashville.
1) Please note that a pre-checkin link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. During this process you will need to:
- Sign a rental agreement
- Provide a picture ID
2) Pets are not allowed
3) This is a smoke-free environment
4) For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
6) Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. ~Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property

As a guest of Fiora Loft by Vandy & Parthenon, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
