Valet parked our truck in a no parking zone off hotel property where it was broken into. The hotel refuses to take responsibility. The window replacement cost $380. If you drive a full sized truck don’t expect to have safe parking options or for your property to be returned in the same condition it was dropped in.

I got upgraded to a corner suite, and it was very nice! The sound from inside the hotel was quiet, but I could hear cars racing and partiers throughout the night from the 5th floor. This is to be expected due to the closeness to Broadway.

The best part of this hotel is how close it is to everything downtown. The beds were comfortable and not caved in. Breakfast is fairly basic, but better than most. The valet crew was very helpful and efficient.

The room was fine, but LOTS of traffic noise. Very poor water pressure in the shower. And the guy at the front desk gave us the wrong directions to our dinner reservation! We ended up walking through a less than desirable part of town When the restaurant was only about a block away in the other direction!

Room 442 bathroom vent fan did not work. The faucet was so close to the counter it was mounted to ,you could not was your hands wihout water runs all over surface area around sink.
