The elevator sounded like a death trap and dropped some when you reached the 6 th floor. The parking is to expensive and then you had to wait to have your car parked and sometimes would have to wait up to 30 minutes to leave your vehicle or pickup your vehicle. The people there were super nice they had a great breakfast and it was very clean but once you get parked don’t take your car out because you will have to wait wait forever to get reparked. All all I would consider staying there again if they service the elevators that needed oil and offer different service for parking not valet.

I reserved a room with 2beds and requested a walk-in shower. They didn’t have that type of room available but were able to provide me with a room with handrails in the bathroom so that I could get in and out of the tub safely. This hotel is only a few blocks off Broadway and just down the block from the CMHofF. Perfect!

The front desk staff were a little rude at check in and all the furniture in the lobby was worn and old needing desperately to be replaced. The room was clean and the breakfast was the best breakfast buffet setup that I’ve seen at a Hampton inn in a while

Don't Get a Room Near the Dumpsters

Overall, the quality fits the price. My only complaint is that both nights, around 2AM, a truck felt the need to empty a dumpster right below my room. And the driver wasn't good at it--backing up, beep beep--realigning the truck with the dumpster--trying again--beep beep. I could see 5am or 6am, but 2AM??

Construction area no updating on this, when I called to confirm reservation. Several pieces of furniture were unsafe and fabric was peeling or had hole in them. Not enough staff at check in times. Liked then large area to lounge in and eat breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
