We are not fussy people. The staff all seemed not to like their job. We got blindsided with a $60 a night required parking fee. No prior notice. The ice machine on our floor did not work. One of the elevators did not work. The bed's spring made noise. The only redeeming quality was the location to attractions. Never again will we stay there

Location was good. breakfast was good. Cost of snacks was over priced....2 oz bag of cheetos was $4.00.......Carpet in hallways was extremely dirty....every floor......chairs in lobby had a vinyl seat and it was peeling off and fabric was dirty. need to be replaced. room phone charging base was not working....bathroom was missing towel bars. pics of the parlor suite that we booked were exaggerated room was much smaller.....

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The beds were awful, pillows worse, parking situation terrible. The lobby is a mess every morning. You have to pay for valet parking which is fine except it takes 30 mins to get your car (we even paid the extra to get priority) The staff was okay I understand it’s not necessarily their fault directly just a terrible set up. We had a cleaning lady just walk straight into our roomwithout knocking. The doors slam and get stuck so every morning you just hear everyone’s door slam closed. We didn’t have the best experience and will not be back.

The customer service was so so poor. Valet takes forever and the front desk was just watching tiktoks while I was standing directly in front of them they didn’t notice me I had to say something to get them to look up. The only thing going for this is their location.
