In room 115 My water pressure was extremely low, the cap handle to the shower feel off, under the night stand a piece of wood fell out from under. The tv would have moments of having no signal also the light above the night stand keep going on and off by itself. Other than those minor fixes it was a great place to stay. Thanks.

Poor customer service

The management of the hotel was very unacomodating and the housekeeping staff were not interested in making my bed i was out all day came back to my room.not taken care of properly and the housekeeping staff was gone for the day the Restaurant service was phenomenal

The hotel presents with a beautiful clean lobby and efficient and friendly staff. The rooms were neat, clean, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in spite of an incessant fire alarm( false alarm thankfully) and an out of order elevator on our arrival.

Elevator didnt work. Was not offered help to carry bags to second floor. We managed. Alarm went off in the night, twice and for a long time. There might have been construction on third floor. We could hear noise through the celiling, disturbing sleep. Nice rooms, very clean. Nice counter and bar staff. Shuttle service to airport was great.

Place was very clean and new. But the people above me were very loud, could hear their kids running back and forth. Waited until after midnight to call, and the staff were helpful. Other than that, everything was fine. Good internet, great shower.
