We stayed here during The Great Ice Storm of Jan 2026... The staff went above and beyond to create a safe smooth stay as much as humanly possible, even as the power went out throughout the neighborhood. The location was on a generator well over 24 hours to run basic lights, the elevator, and the lobby/office, where the staff kindly set up a charging station, some delicious food from one of the only nearby functioning takeout restaurants, and waffles! They never lost their patience and understanding to make the most of an awful situation throughout the city. "Home2" was exactly that. I can't thank them enough. Objectively speaking, this clean, orderly property is in an outstanding "launch pad" location for visiting Nashville. Thank you to the whole staff and we'll be recommending the hotel to visitors all year round.

We have stayed in the hotel portion of this property and enjoyed it. The Home2 Suites part is equally nice. We made use of the fridge for the potluck Thanksgiving offerings we brought with us. Our adult daughter slept in the foldout couch, obviating the need for a second room. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service folks were all pleasant. Check-in was easy, our room was clean, and breakfast offerings were refreshed well. The breakfast area was clean despite the traffic running through there. I did enjoy the breakfast, although the fruit offerings were limited. The bananas were almost black on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) and nonexistent the following day. Only large apples were available both days. Increase the fresh fruit, and all would be great!
