Front to desk staff was relatively curt borderline polite, but not friendly. Staff outfront/valet was very polite and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Shuttle availability was very convenient as walking to attractions was a bit far, Overall good value.

I was here because my son was in the ICU unit at Vanderbilt University, Medical center. It was about a 15 minute walk, I usually took an Uber, which was five minutes. The hotel staff was great and I extended my stay two days because I really loved the location and they were very welcoming and helpful.

Everything about my stay was exemplary except when I left something behind and needed to talk to somebody at the hotel. It took about 30 minutes to get a hold of a human being at the front desk. After all that, they simply referred me to a website for lost items that requires a guest code which was not provided. Apparently the hotel has no the lost and found.

The rooms are perfect for a small family, clean and well appointed with a small kitchen. The indoor pool was a bonus, clean and perfect temperature. Be sure to ask staff upon checkin to explain how the elevators work. Room key needed to get to your floor.
