The hotel itself was fine, & aside from the excellent breakfast reviews, it was not. We went out for breakfast and returned to our room EMPTY. checkout is at 12 pm. Our room was cleaned and emptied by 10:30 am. My car was parked with valet our entire stay and I didn’t check out before breakfast. Our belongings were removed from the room after telling us nothing was inside the room. I am absolutely blown away that a hotel, before check out, with no complaints would “assume we had checked out” just because I was not in my room. The staff handled the issue poorly. I usually don’t leave reviews, I travel often and understand hotels are hit or miss, but as SOMEONE WHO TRAVELS OFTEN. I have never been treated the way I was here. Absurd. I will not return.

There was a small leak in our room due to intense rainfall. They immediately moved us and maintenance was there within 10 minutes of our call. Beautiful facility and great location, especially to Vanderbilt university and centennial hospital. Staying again later this week.
