Watch out for Expedia SCAMS! I received a receipt from the property for $487.80. Expedia charged me $651.68. I paid in advance so I had to pay the extra $163.88. Guess what?!? When you submit for reimbursement, you can only get what the receipt says. Expedia customer service’s solution? Put together a fraudulent receipt so I can get fully reimbursed. Great hotel. Horrible Expedia!! Book through the hotel itself. Don’t use Expedia!!

The location is great. A very short walk away from the Bridgestone Arena, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and many local restaurants and shops. The hotel is very clean, and the staff were all very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.

Room was clean and comfortable. We paid a lot for the overnight valet parking, but when we went to checkout our vehicle at 6:15am, we were told they did not receive our request to get the car. It delayed our 11 hour trip home by 30 minutes. We did not get any assistance from the front desk staff. Would suggest to self park if you stay here.

Very noisy at night , difficult to sleep . The assigned room had a view of an air conditioner and section of roof , and a better room was asked for and assigned. No early check-in was allowed unless you paid $35.00 , and there were rooms available . Check-in is 4:00 pm which I feel is late . I would not recommend this hotel.

In the heart of downtown

Easy check-in . Situated right in the middle of all the entertainment, including concert venues, Broadway St. and good places to eat. Definitely recommend staying here! Great breakfast buffet!!
