Great hotel... close to Broadway

Always love staying at Hyatt Places... this one was no exception... love the room, clean, and comfortable beds, not to mention spacious... Very close to Broadway, and many of the downtown attractions... highly recommend to everyone.

The staff was wonderful but the room we stayed in was unbelievably noisy. There is construction going on below the room we stayed in and they started work at 5:30 am. Sounded like a conference going on with someone on the bullhorn. Then all the loud construction noise. There was no way to sleep through that. The dumpster driver had his loud alarm going off at 6 am for an hour right below our window. The room was clean but the pillows were too fat and hard and the bedding felt damp.
