The Space:

Soft winter light settles over this colorful Nashville retreat, giving you a cozy place to land between music-filled nights and laid-back days in the city. After exploring nearby venues or warming up in neighborhood cafés, you can return to a home designed for unwinding with games, shared meals, and comfortable spaces to gather. It is a playful spot to reconnect during the cooler season, offering indoor entertainment and inviting rooms that make slowing down feel easy.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across 2 bedrooms and a bean bag sleeper. The king suite includes an en suite bathroom that also connects to the hallway, creating convenient access for the whole group. A second bedroom offers two double beds along with a glam station, giving everyone room to get ready before heading to Broadway or The Gulch. Bed linens and clothing storage are provided to support longer stays.



Living and entertainment

A colorful living area sets the tone for relaxed evenings, whether you prefer settling onto the cozy couch with the TV on or gathering around the pool table for friendly competition. Arcade games and board games offer plenty of ways to enjoy time indoors, making this space well-suited for winter visits when you may want to linger inside a bit longer. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals or snacks before heading out for the day. You’ll find space to cook along with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and cooking basics. Bathrooms and essentials
