The Space:
Please note that this is an entirely separate downstairs apartment with its own entrance. There is no access between the upstairs and downstairs spaces. Guest Access:
Guests have total access to the entire studio apartment, which has its own entrance. The 3 acre wooded yard is shared with other guests.

The Neighborhood:
Mt. Juliet is a gem of a Tennessee small town, home of Charlie Daniels and many other music greats! Hillview Drive is one of the quietest, safest neighborhoods anywhere! Great people and close to lots of shops and restaurants in Mt. Juliet.

Hunting: We do not permit hunting of any type of either property and in fact consider the farms to be Tennessee Wildlife Preserves. However, you could hear occasional gunfire off in the distance because hunting is legal in Tennessee and is an integral part of the Tennessee heritage and culture.

Interaction with Guests:
Our policy is not to interact with guests but we are available if and when needed.
