Close to the action. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. Check in was easy and pleasant with the staff going out of their way to assist us. Pool area was clean and the water was cool and refreshing. Bartenders were a little unfriendly and not very socialable but did not ruin my stay. We stayed in a suite that was perfect with bath and a 1/2 and sofa bed that fold out into a bed. Restaurant was good for breakfast and lunch. Will be my go to hotel in Nashville. Ignore the craziess downtown, no panhanlers or homeless where we were just typical "off meds" interaction. Nothing we could not handle. Only complaint was not much police presence downtown in case it was needed.

The staff were all extremely nice and welcoming and answered any questions. The hotel was extremely nice and clean. It had wonderful amenities and the atmosphere was wonderful. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Broadway and a five minute drive to the Gulch, so it is in the perfect area. Even though it is so close to Broadway, the area was very quiet and safe. 10/10 would recommend
