Featuring custom design and luxury furnishings, this space is the perfect downtown spot. This listing includes two one bedroom units that are located on the same floor in the Hyve Building. The units are not next to each other, they are down the hall from each other on the same floor and do not share walls. Sleeping up to 8 guests (4 per unit), this is the perfect place for couples, friend groups, or families traveling together who need more space for their groups. The units each feature a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a stocked Keurig coffee bar in both units, and the living and bedrooms all feature Smart TV’s with standard cable so you can stay up to speed on your favorite shows.

If you are parking a car during your stay, you will have 3 options:
♦ Owner/Guest Garage - this is a FREE first come, first serve garage that requires the Latch app for access. You will receive Latch access upon booking.
♦ Street Parking - this is FREE first come, first serve parallel street parking
♦ Lower Level Garage - this is a paid public parking garage that has direct elevator access right to your condo floor. Discounted pricing is available for people staying at one of our condos.
