Our motel is a contact-free, no frills motel just 4 miles south of downtown Nashville, TN. Sleep up to 4 guests in one of our queen room that features two queen beds, a mini-fridge, dual drip/Keurig coffeemaker, a smart TV, full bathroom, keypad entrance, free Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking. Our motel takes on a modern minimalist concept to travel. If you're looking to stay in a comfy bed with a modern aesthetic and to avoid the touristy areas of Nashville, this hidden gem may be for you.

The communal lobby has a shared microwave, couch and a small dedicated work space. Keep in mind, there is no chair or dedicated workspace inside the room. The couch featured in the photos is in the lobby, not the motel room.

The City of Berry Hill is 4 miles south of downtown Nashville (5-10 min drive).
Known for its eccentric local shops, tasty restaurants, & home to over 60 of Nashville's most prestigious recording studios and music publishers, Berry Hill makes for a treasure trove of local exploration.

You will be in walking distance to Sam & Zoe's coffee, Big Machine distillery, Café Merengue, Sunflower Café, Vui's Kitchen, and other local restaurants.

Paid for what I got

The room was as advertised, and worked fine. The air con kept going on and off, and was super loud, so I kept waking up every time it turned on and off. Couldn't figure out how to have it just stay on. Also, there were benches outside my room and people out there talking at 3 am, waking me up. Asked them to move twice, they did not. Not a great night of sleep, but it's a cheap place to stay.

Love staying at The Iris when I take art classes at Warehouse 521 - close to the studio, restaurants and easy 2 mile walk to Severin Park & 12th Ave shops. Very responsive to queries. Basics with a sparkle.

Had medical appointment nearby and did not anticipate it being longer than it was. Communicated with them I may not be able to check out on time. They were understanding and flexible, luckily I did make it on time.
