Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing, then stroll just three minutes into the village to explore the art galleries, antique shops, boutiques and live music. In the evenings, unwind by the fire pit beneath the stars. Whether you’re seeking inspiration or relaxation, Tin Roof Cottage is the perfect escape.

Nestled just a stone's throw from Leiper’s Fork Village, this Victorian gem invites you to unwind, reconnect, and soak in the magic of Tennessee’s most charming small town. Once a beloved local farmhouse, the 1,700-square-foot home has been thoughtfully restored to retain the welcoming charm of its history - featuring stunning stained-glass windows and filled with antiques and gorgeous decor.

The spacious, open living and dining areas offer plenty of room for gathering, while the updated kitchen provides all the modern comforts needed to prepare a meal to enjoy together. The primary bedroom, located on the main floor, features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom for ultimate comfort. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft with two single beds tucked away beneath the tin roof pitches, offering a sense of privacy, along with a private bedroom with a queen bed. There is also an additional bathroom upstairs.

Whether you’re curled up with a book in the sunlit sitting room, savoring a home-cooked meal at the gorgeous antique French dining table, or watching the sunset from the rocking chairs on the wraparound porch, every moment here feels like a step into a simpler way of life where time moves just a little more slowly.

Back to a simpler time

During our four-night stay, my friends and I found it to be the perfect setting for catching up and immersing ourselves in the beauty of the area. Sarah, the property manager, impressed us with her efficiency, accuracy, and pleasant demeanor in all communications. The cottage is well-equipped with kitchen supplies and general provisions, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. Its proximity to the town allowed us to easily walk to restaurants and shops, while Franklin, just a 15-minute drive away, offered even more options for shopping and dining. The bedrooms were cozy, comfortable, and elegantly furnished, contributing to a restful atmosphere. We particularly adored the kitchen, with its charming red appliances and stained glass windows adding character to the space. Overall, our experience at the Tin Roof Cottage was delightful, and I would not hesitate to book it again in the future.
