Relax with your loved ones at this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a sort after beachfront community resort, only a 20-minute drive from Paradise Island and 25 min drive to downtown Bahamas. You will have a view of the pool from your front door and a 5-minute walk to the private beach, Owner’s clubhouse, and bar. Amenities include washer and dryer, towels, linen, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster; The tennis courts and playgrounds are also about a 3-minute walk away.

Three Generation Girls Trip!!

My niece, great niece and her two friends stayed at Chesapeake Place for 4 absolutely perfect days.Shirley-Ann is the best possible host, and the property was clean, well equipped and quiet. We are already talking about making it an annual trip!

Wonderful stay!

Palm Cay is an amazing and super chill community! My daughters and I enjoyed our morning walks by the marina to the coffee shop and our beach days. The gated community feels very safe and the staff is so welcoming. Everything is well maintained. The property is exactly as described! We especially loved sitting on the balcony every morning & evening which has a nice view of the marina.

Easy and Perfect Escape

Our family stayed at this condo for 6 nights for spring break. Three other families that were friends stayed along the beach near the Palm Cay Beach Club so there was a big group of 17 of us scattered throughout Palm Cay. Palm Cay is quiet. It’s good for families with young kids and groups of friends but it so quiet I would probably get bored after a couple of days if it was just us. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed and a grocery store was nearby. It was nice to have a rental car to leave the resort area and go to the store or meet a boat at the marina. The 3 bedrooms were a nice size and comfortable. I loved sitting in the front porch in the morning sipping coffee. The back room gets a lot of sun so give that room to your early bird. There’s a small pool outside the condo which was very nice. To use the Palm Cay Club you have to join at the welcome center. Everyone in your family must join and it has to be 3 consecutive days. If you want to use the gym that’s an extra $10/day. We did a membership for 3 days and it was the perfect amount of time. Overall we had a fantastic time and enjoyed staying at this condo.

Beautiful condo in Pam Cay development

We stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a newer development on Nassau. Palm Cay is a newer gated community about 40 min drive from the airport and 25 min from downtown. The condo was beautiful and clean. Small pool available right outside the unit. The welcome center with a large pool, private beach with beach chairs and towels, and pool side bar and restaurant is a 5 min walk and charge is $15/day. You can get to the private beach for free if you want. There is also a lovely clean gym available for an additional $10/day. We rented a car and did a couple of day trips. The condo is beautiful and brand new. The owner was easy to reach and very nice. Palm Cay is still building lots of new buildings so there’s construction but it didn’t really impact our stay. They said the whole area should be fully built with even more amenities mid 2025. We had a lovely vacation.
