Great 4 night stay in poolside room. I received a early check in at 12 noon instead of waiting until 4pm to check in. This gave me a whole afternoon to enjoy my visit.

It was nice, but for what they charge, I expected a little bit of a higher end hotel. If they would just renovate, that would have made it worth it. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We absolutely loved staying here! Everything was so clean and housekeeping services were wonderful! All staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved the concierge, Clarista, who helped us plan adventures and excursions during our stay! She was so sweet and kind, we absolutely loved her energy. When we come back to Nassau we are definitely staying here again!
