Malo por dónde se lo mire, se nota que se quedó en el tiempo, las instalaciones son viejas descuidadas, muchas no funcionan, la cama y sábanas re viejas, el desayuno muy básico, no tienen ni un ventilador en el comedor, tremendo calor cuando se desayuna, lo rescatable es la ubicación que caminando se recorre. Por un poco más del precio se consigue lugares muchos mejor.

O hotel tem um custo benefício interessante, a localização é ótima e a estrutura de acesso a praia é ótima, além da área da piscina. Mas é preciso salientar que a estrutura está precisando de reparos e revitalizações. O ar condicionado não estava gelando direito, passou um bom tempo até atingir uma temperatura agradável. O café é bom. O estacionamento são algumas vagas na calçada e difícilmente tem vaga disponível, as vezes na calçada do restaurante em frente é possível estacionar.

Excelente hotel! Pé na areia. Descobri uma outra Natal. Pela primeira vez me hospedei fora de Ponta Negra (pois destruíram aquela praia depois do alargamento da faixa de areia. Neste hotel eu fui a pé até às praias de Miami, Areia Preta, a maravilhosa Praia dos Artistas, Praia do Meio, Praia do Forte e cheguei até o Forte dos Reis Magos e ainda atravessei a belíssima ponte Newton Navarro e cheguei até o mercado da Redinha e Praia da Redinha. TUDO A PÉ! Mas dá pra ir de Uber/99 por 7,00 ou Uber moto a 5,00 até o Forte dos Reis Magos. Fora isso, café da manhã de hotel 4 estrelas, com tudo que tem direito. Até tapioca eles fazem na hora. Cuscuz maravilhoso! Ar condicionado estralando no frio! Uma delícia. Piscina gostosa e pátio grande com cadeiras para apreciar o mar. TV a cabo com canais internacionais e filmes (raridade). Ducha higiênica. Chuveiro com água quente. Varanda de frente para o mar! Equipes da cozinha, recepção e limpeza super educados! Horrível, chegamos lá fomos pro quarto, já nos deparamos com cheiro ruim no quarto, precisávamos tomar banho a água não esquentava, sanitário com problema… Questionamos sobre fazer o chekout falaram que não teria como devolver o valor pois a reserva feita pelo app não tinha essa opção, resumindo pagamos 1600 reais por 2 banhos gelados. Um show de horror !

Foi uma estadia muito tranquila. A equipe do hotel muito prestativa, principal o recepcionista Rafael que sempre se mostrou acessível, hospitaleiro e simpático. O café da manhã é bem variado. A área externa é muito boa para relaxar contemplando o mar. Pontos a melhoras: a qualidade da cama, pois estava desgastada o que comprometeu o sono, assim como o barulho do ar-condicionado que fica ao lado do quarto. No geral, é um bom local para ficar e próximo a restaurantes e pontos turísiticos.
