Please close all windows and leave central air unit on 75 degrees. Make sure window A/C unit is off.
Please don’t leave any glitter (not allowed on property) and clean up any evidence of smoking (only allowed outside), drinking. No glass cups or dishes allowed in or around pool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 7:00am in order to keep in compliance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine, up to $1,000.
Guests booking a stay at The Oasis agree to waive any claims or lawsuits against the property owners and staff to the extent allowed by law.

Check-in was seemless, house was very clean and cozy. The welcome basket was a nice touch! There were plenty of towels (bath and pool) as well as fresh linens. The only hiccup was lack of additional toilet paper and hand soap, but I would stay here again for sure!

It was very nice, the area is quiet

It was very comfortable. A few suggestions. Add some soft lighting. In the bedrooms add small tables with lambs and a table or pole lamp in the living room so you don’t always have the overhead bright lights on.A folder with instructions and information about the surrounding area would be a help. Cleaning supplies would help to keep the area clean, trash bags. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
