Plaka hills - Brand NEW Villa with LUXURIOUS & INSPIRING EXPERIENCE!

This villa has been designed to provide our guests with the ability to convene comfortably as a group while maintaining a high degree of privacy. It's 5 bedrooms are spread across 3 different buildings surrounding a "little Greek square" (PLATIA), where you can meet, share meals and drinks, a cigar or just lounge.

The villa has a fantastic view of the sea, extra large infinity pool 4x12m with a connecting "river". It features jacuzzi amidst a beautiful garden overlooking the valley and sea.


The villa is located in the Agia Paraskevi hillside area overlooking Plaka beach. The area has a beautiful blend of natural landscape, greenery, rocks, with fantastic villas sprinkled across the hillside.

Villa La Punta sits approx. 600m from the sea and features some of the most beautiful sunset views on the island.

The roads to Villa La Punta are asphalt until you have to ascend the hillside, where the road is a combination of concrete, gravel, and dirt leading up the hill.

The 3 buildings are as follows:

Main building has large, beautiful living room with gigantic panoramic windows welcoming nature and the sea directly into the house. It has a spacious and open floorplan with a kitchen that has an island that is 4m in length where 10 adults can comfortably sit for a meal, when the weather does not accommodate outdoor living (rare). There is also a well equipped pantry/laundry, guest toilet , and a small work area with desk just incase you need to get some work done during your vacation (we surely hope not). The Master Suite is in this building as well, with built-in queen bed, walk-in closet, and a large en suite master bathroom.

Building 2 has two large bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom and closet.

Building 3 has two large bedrooms, a spacious shared bathroom, and a small tea kitchen.
