Warm greetings! Welcome to our beach house and land, which we take care of with affection. Not just another blue-flag Halkidiki resort but a place of well-being, nature-bonding and philoxenia.

Beachfront (3m), quality, private, quiet residence, boasting serene, azure blue, shallow sea literally at your feet and stunning Mt Olympus views. Spacious, landscaped garden (3.250 m²), private balconies, patios, terraces, numerous spots & kiosks to relax with the sound of sea waves and birds.

The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with 2 Sofa Beds, and fully renovated kitchen with A/C and 1 bathroom with a shower cabin (2023) .

5’ drive to at least 10 “Blue Flag” awarded beaches in the neighbourhood . 16 km to the Petralona prehistoric cave, famous for the size and the wealth of its stalactites, stalagmites, intricate corridors and halls. 14 km to Nea Moudania, the commercial, economic and cultural centre of Halkidiki, hosting a rich cultural programme throughout the summer - including the famous “Festival of the Sea”. Mid-way to Halkidiki and Thessaloniki (40 km to the airport; 47 km to Thessaloniki) — 1km to the main road that leads to the city and all the famous beaches of Kassandra and Sithonia peninsula.

The property is 6 stairs from the level of the ground. The semi-detached room is reserved solely for storage purposes for the host. When necessary, the host resides in a separate bungalow inside the property, 30 m from the house. Gardeners, the caretaker as well as the host may be around during your stay at the shared spaces in the backyard/ front yard.
