Im sorry to say these were the worst 2 apartments in the hotel which by the way is not called terrez but is actually in the negril beach club hotel (id like to stressthat the negril beach club itself seemed to be a nice hotel to stay ) but thr 2 apartments that i booked under the false advertisement on hotels .com website were the worst experience ever , they privately owned and this was not listed i couldnt find it to start with then i called the number and was put through to yet another hotel which tild me after 3 calls to go to the above mentioned hotel there receptionist had no clue of our bookin she trid her best to gt through to the owner who when she finally picked the call up gave us the runaround until around 9pm b4 2 guys turned up with a bag of appologys and crap excuses pls bare in mind iv been up and down the strip frm one hotel to another trying to get in these 2 apartments ...when we finally got the keys OMG what a joke of a condition they were in there was no bulbs in one and around 2 in other water in the hall way smelly the other bathroom was leaking all over and dropoin to bits literally the kitch was filthy and the bed sheets the balcony everything was disgusting even a roach in the kitchen sink and the the next mornin i complained to hotels .com whom by the way have not to this point contacted me yet but someone must have seen it becaise i got a call telling me there was someone waiting outside to clean the rooms and they were sorry bl bla ...
