The Roanne coast is not far away, with its vineyards and all its small, characterful villages: St. Haon-le-Vieux, Ambièrle, St. Jean, St. Maurice.
For a day of leisure, Lake Villerest is nearby, and for a beautiful walk, the Renaison dams.
