We have stayed here several times. The cleanliness was spotless. The only trouble we had was the people above us had little kids that were doing laps and body slamming the door or each other on the floor. We trued knocking on the ceiling after 90 minutes and it got worse. We then went to the front desk and Management said they would not step in until after 10pm.

The room had ants in the bathroom, in the bed and all over. We express the concerns and they did not get us a new room due to being full. They offered to change the sheets. When we checked out we were offered a 1 night comp but they could not because we booked through hotels.com

Great room for 3 adult and 3 kiddos

Great hotel, beds are firm with lots of room. Wish the breakfast had more variety. Great breakfast but after 7 of them being mostly the same would have been nice with bacon and different potatoes.
