Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. PARKING IS VERY LIMITED. 1-2 VEHICLES MAX DEPENDING ON THEIR SIZE.

This cozy cabin, located just across the street from the Guadalupe River, boasts comfort and convenience with its well-appointed spaces, private washer/dryer, and great location. Bring your fur friends too!

Relax and unwind in the comfort of the living room after a full day of adventure. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and dine together at the table fit for six. A short walk across the street is the Lone Star Float House, rent tubes, grab a bite to eat. Back home, enjoy the large yard perfect for relaxing after a long day on the river.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No RV's or trailers allowed. This home allows 2 dogs max under 40 lbs. $25 per day per dog (dogs must be on a leash while outside the home). To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 20 minutes away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, just 30 minutes away. You are also a short 45 minute drive from the state capital of Austin, and all it has to offer. In New Braunfels, you will never run out of things to do!
