Our incredibly unique, luxurious and private 1500 sq.ft. lodge is tucked up in the hills with breathtaking views. You'll be happily surprised; we are just minutes from Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Wimberley, Gruene and San Antonio.

Be prepared to be pampered from your welcome charcuterie board, wine, and breakfast items, to all the amenities you could ever need.

Everything was there that you needed. Did not plan on cooking as we were here to eat in restraunts but Christmas morning no place to eat and bless Sherri heart we had bacon, eggs, and orange juice. For the uniquness of house all was functional. We had a ball. Happy New Year !!

This little cottage is about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Firstly, it is decorated beautifully. The beds are gorgeous and the old bathtub sure was wonderful. There’s plenty of serenity so it’s perfect for relaxing and just getting away from the big city. The hosts were also incredible always communicating, which was nice and checking in with seamless. This place is five stars all the way I will be staying here again.

Best VRBO ever!!!

Anniversary Get Away

Just WOW! We stay at VRBOs 3-5 times a year and this house was hands down our favorite. Not only are the views beautiful but the house is absolutely amazing. Everything you need is here and more. Everywhere you look there is some hidden gem you didn't notice before, it is just decorated so thoughtfully. Perfectly located close to New Braunfels and San Antonio but without the city fuss. The host, Sheri, is beyond hospitable and goes above and beyond! I messaged before we left asking if were robes were available (we love the hot tub and I wanted to save room packing) and she quickly responded they were not but they would be delivered to the house the day of our arrival. We just loved everything about this house and look forward to returning. 10/10

Family Holiday Relaxation

7 year old and two parents. great stay. short commute from downtown, airport, and north S.A. to a very private and comfortable cabin. hot tub, bedding, and linens are a nice touch. plenty of room for 3, but can sleep 8 if needed. very safe and secure. very convenient grocery, gas and some restaurants close by. would highly recommend anyone that wants to visit S.A. that doesn't want to stay in a hotel within the city. 20 mins from a large retail (Bulverde) area for an abundance of shopping and restaurants. would like to see an upgrade in some kitchenware - 1-2 non-stick skillets, plastic drinkware for kids, and silverware refresh. also, be mindful of clawfoot tub/shower combo for anyone with lower extremity mobility issues. would stay again for sure.

A Unique Treasure

An amazing, rustic, fun property with valley views from both the patio and the decks. Everything was easy to use from TVs in every room to WiFi to heating/cooling. Lots of thought went into having everything guests might need available. Sheri, the host, was amazing -- helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great time.

Wonderfully Cozy and Relaxing Stay with an Amazing Host

This was absolutely the best Vrbo we have stayed at! The charm of the home, the attentive details, a kind and responsive host- it was just a wonderful stay. The Lodge had pretty much everything we could need. It was very clean and cozy. Decorated with such care and had plenty of things in case one forgot something like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. The hottub was so nice and relaxing as well as the whole porch area, which is where we spent most of our time. About two or three miles away there's a grocery store called Lowe's, a CVS and a Dollar General. Nice if you need to grab a few things. A few really delicious restaurants nearby as well. Everything was just perfect at the Lodge. There was a charcoal grill too! We were also able to bring our pup who enjoyed lounging on the deck and taking in the views just as much as us. It was the best relaxing weekend. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Sheri is amazing and it's so noticeable that she wants guests to enjoy their stay. She was so thoughtful and had a few goodies for us upon our arrival. I was just blown away by the thoughtfulness of everything. 10/10 recommend!! My husband and I already agreed we would absolutely stay here again!

Getaway before Surgery

We wanted a quiet, remote place with nice scenery away from the city. This did the trick. It was cozy and well equipped. We never left the house. The bacon and eggs provided by Sheri was a nice extra touch we enjoyed.

Adorable cottage!

Our stay was amazing relaxing on the patio or hot tub with views of the hillside. The inside decor was so much fun and inviting! A thoughtful cheese tray with wine greeted us upon arrival and eggs/bacon and oj were provided for breakfasts. We had an amazing time touring the area and return to a relaxing cotton on the hills for evening. Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing Family Vacation

The property was as advertised. We had a small issue with the internet but Sheri was on top if it and had it sorted asap. The home is in a great location and had so many family friendly activities near by. We didn't have near enough time to do everything we wanted. The kids absolutely adored the home and were sad when it was time to leave. We will definitely be back.

A Truly Awesome Place!

Everything in the house was organized so well with excellent instructional notes in strategic locations. We didnt lack for anything. It really was incredibly unique and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly to keep us nice and cool. The Italian restaurant 2 minutes away was fantastic. Groceries, gasoline, liquor and other businesses were only 5 minutes away but the home felt completely isolated. I've given other great stays 5 stars before so i wish i could give this home 6 stars! Thank you for a great place!

We loved everything about this place. The charming decor, to all the little extras, made this place incredible. Every detail has been considered with the guest in mind. We definitely want to come back to this secluded gem so close to San Antonio. And the charcuterie board upon arrival and bacon, eggs and juice in the fridge for breakfast are perfect.

Incredible Home - No detail missed!

This home is stunning and the attention to detail is unparalleled. When I saw the listing, I knew this was the perfect place for our Microwedding and we were not disappointed. There are so many photo opportunities inside and outside the home. The decor looks like it’s straight out of a magazine. Everything you may need is available and the welcome goodies were such a special treat. The owner is very sweet, helpful and responsive. We loved our weekend stay, the views were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the a/c worked great and I have zero complaints. It’s conveniently located near town, groceries and restaurants - we loved Gennaro’s and Wildflower Bakery & Grill. You won’t regret booking this home!! We are already planning another visit!

Cute Cozy Country Cabin

Quiet private getaway in easily accessible Texas Hill Country location. Welcoming treats included charcuterie and bubbling hot tub ready for our relaxing soak on a deck overlooking a beautiful hillside expanse - and bacon/eggs/coffee/juice for our breakfasts. Every room offers a fun variety of collectibles/antiques repurposed for visual and functional enjoyment. Adults and kiddos all enjoyed being together in the cabin and exploring the local countryside. Watching the eclipse together on our anniversary from the hillside was perfect!

Charming experience

This house was the right place to have a nice vacation in the woods but very close to the lake, a great getaway from home ,every corner of the lodge is so nice and charming that we really enjoys the entire house, a glass of wine, a morning coffee, a nice breakfast a romantic dinner, the fire place, the hot tub there's a different seating area for every activity to enjoy, talk or even just just to relax. We capture very nice photos to save and share with the rest of the family and friends, very nice and clean bathrooms and the bed was so comfortable that I realize need to upgrade mine now! I need to fine a bed like that for myself. Overall it was a wonderful experience more than I expected, we are definitely coming back !

Lovely cabin

This cabin was so unique! The decorations were so different! The atmosphere was perfect! We felt at home here! We love to come down here and visit this area! It is so beautiful! Would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a cozy cabin! Lots of areas to hang out in and enjoy the views! ❤️
