Tämä sininen kauneus on 1200 neliömetrin kotiin kannella edessä ja katettu kuisti ja autokatos puolella on lähes eekkeri. Koti sijaitsee 2. ja 3. risteyksen välissä. Blue Paradise majoittaa 12 vierasta kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Pysäköinti 4 autolle. Jos olet kiinnostunut teltan pihalle pihalla tai ilmapatjan saattamiseksi, varaukseen voi lisätä 2-4 ylimääräistä vierasta.
Kaunis Guadalupe-joki on 130 metrin päässä kodin takapihasta, ja siellä on sora tie voit ajaa alas 93 telakat lievittämään joitakin kävelyä!
Ilmava olohuone on täynnä valoa, ja suuret ikkunat katsovat ulos uudelle kannelle ja takapihalle. Yksi kahdesta sohvasta on queen-size-vuodesohva, ja siinä on suuri taulu, jossa kaapeli ja Roku. Nosta tasoa olohuoneesta, ja täydellinen keittiö tervehtii sinut pienellä saarella, graniittiset työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Kaksi pöytää istuu yhteensä 10, ja kaksi paikkaa aamiaisbaarissa. Keittiö on varustettu keittovälineillä, astioilla ja astiatarjoilla. Vierashuone on keskeisellä paikalla keittiössä sekä vierashuoneissa. Ensimmäisessä vierashuoneessa on kaksi queen-muistia vaahtomuovipatjat. Toisessa vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä, joissa on myös muistihampaan patjat. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode muistivaahto patja ja taulutelevisio Roku. Makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on kokoustilat, pyyhkeet ja kaksi rullaa vessapaperia. Laadukkaat vuodevaatteet tarjotaan kaikille sängyille ja kylpyhuoneille. Kotona on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, jota voit myös käyttää.

Ulkopuolella on tilaa levittää kannelle tai ulos pihalla. Suuri piha sopii täydellisesti ulkoilupeleihin tai yöaikaan rentoutumiseen palo-kuopan vieressä. Tämä huoneisto on varustettu yksi 8 m kajakki, yksi 10,5 ft kahden hengen kajakki sekä 2 riippumatot (täydellinen keskipäivän nap)! On vaiheita, jotka johtavat joen, joka on noin vyötärö syvä. Tons of Blood Stains & High Expectations of Guests

Overall the home was nice. However, we found LARGE BLOOD STAINS on most of the pillows & bedding in two out of the three bedrooms. We had to drive back home to grab bedding and pillows which highly affected our already short vacation. There is a VERY high expectation on the guests when it comes to cleaning (such as making sure the remotes are precisely on a specific peice of paper or you could be charged if out of place). If we as guests are expected to not only pay a cleaning fee, but also must abide by strict cleaning rules then we should be getting and a safe/non hazourdous experience at MINIMUM, and this was not the case. There was unfortunately no filtered water available, there was tap, but having an alternative water filter system of some sort would be great for people with sensitivities or if there is a tap water ban.

Came to a wedding stayed for the river fun

Our family loved this place. It has everything you could ever need. The kids enjoyed watching the goats on the mountain side at sunrise and the deer at night. Our family enjoyed the kayaks and tubes that are on the premises. The boys went fishing and grilled. By night fall the fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows. Really wished we would of stayed longer.

Fun and perfect spot

The house was exactly as described. We were very please with the location off the river very quiet and private not many people. We loved that the property provided kayaks for the teens and also fun hammocks to relax by the river. We definitely recommend this house if you want a nice relaxing time in the water with your family. House is fully furnished with all your kitchen needs. We even wished we stayed longer then we planned.

Nice property set off a bit from the river

The house was clean and tidy. The drive down river road is beautiful. Tubing rentals are right next door and convenient. We enjoyed the kayaks and hanging out on the river. I was surprised at the loud music coming from the bar a bit down the road and across the street. It literally shook the house until 12 pm Friday and 1 am Sunday morning. There are multiple signs in the house about not making any noise after 10pm or before 9 am but I assume this does not apply to the neighboring establishments. Maybe bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones if you are not a night owl. The walk down to the river is a bit steep and there is not a great lounging area on the duck or near the water. We are young and healthy so it was not an issue, but could be difficult for someone that is older or in a wheelchair.

Awesome house with and awesome spot on the river!

Wonderful place to stay with large groups. The house was well kept and spacious. The back yard was big enough for setting up volleyball and other outdoor games. The best part is the spot on the river with large trees and the cliffs across the way. Everyone had a blast!

50th birthday getaway

Very clean, easy to rent, comfy beds, great location, beautiful view (a bit of a walk to get there), would refer to friends. This was a great way to celebrate husbands 50th with all of our grown children.

Nice place

The house & location were nice. Beds very comfy. Coffee machine didn’t work. The walk down to the river was far. Not the most kid friendly entrance with the slope into the water. Kayaks were awesome my older kids loved them. The worst part was the AC … we live in Texas and when paying so much for a rental you don’t expect to stay that hot with it on 72. AC definitely needs fixed up. Overall the house it self was cute & we had a lot of fun.

Fun times

Great location never had to drive we walked to rent tubes and the general store is across the street for ice and charcoal. There is live music Friday and Saturday nights that can be pretty loud so prepare for that. We floated the river one day then anchored in front of house lots of fun

Overall the property was good. It is a long trip to the water the road to drive to it was a bonus but very rutted up and the bank at the water was sloped. The AC wasn’t very cool and we had to shut it off for about 20 min to make it blow cold again. During a thunderstorm the roof had a few leaks that we put some pots under. Don’t count the pullout couch bed as room to sleep it’s very uncomfortable. Other than that it’s a cute house neighborhood is great nice to have koozie’s across the street. Loved having kayaks to use and the deck is great.

Easy to find, great location, did find it a little dirty and some of the of the outdoor games and picnic table could not be used they were falling apart. The grounds had some trash that we picked up but it was a fun trip. I would go back.

Great location to relax and hang out at the river

The flow of the river was slow but it was a great place and location to stay and hang out. Make Sure you have enough groceries because it take about 10-15 minutes to get out to the main road to the main freeway to get groceries. Overall a very relaxing camping area.

Great River Location

This home's river access is great! We loved the short, private walk down to the river, shady access point, access to exploring on the other side of the river, and the kayaks. The home could use a once-over by the owners to make sure it's stocked as advertised; there are not really enough cooking supplies (many of them very worn or broken) to support cooking for the home's capacity of 12 people. Most of the cookware is best for only couple people (very small pots and pans, no mixing bowls, etc). There were no standard cooking items (salt, pepper, olive oil) so be sure to bring everything you need. The games shelf was a complete mess (puzzles with no pieces, etc.) so bring your own! The kayaks are great fun but only had one functional paddle. And the "bench" at the fire pit is completely broken and on the ground, not as shown in picture. Finally, this home is directly accross the street from a VERY LOUD club (you can hear every word of their dance music until 10pm on week days, 1am on weekends) so best for people who plan to stay up late or enjoy the club. Again, the home was mostly fine and the river access was spectacular. I think the owners just need to check their photos and their amenities and make sure all the stuff that probably used to be in the home is still there!

Great river get away spot.

Our group had a great time at this property. The property is well kept and a fun spot tucked away at the river. The amenities were just right for this type of get away. This property is nice and reasonably priced. This spot is great for making new memories.

Perfect Spot!

Such a great house! Perfect size for our weekend trip. Plenty of linens, chairs and so easy to access. The deck was wonderful and the river access was a breeze! We are already ready to book it again next year!
