UUSI LUETTELO !! Tämä viehättävä sininen mökki Guadalupe-joella (ei joen näkymää mökistä) 2. ja 3. risteyksen välillä River Roadilla New Braunfelsissa. Aidattu ja aidattu tontti on noin 2 hehtaarin alueella ja siinä on runsaasti pysäköintialueita. Täysin täynnä herkullisia pekaanipähkinäpuita runsaasti varjoa varten. Joen edessä on 145 jalkaa kannet ja joesta pääsyä varten sementtikäytävä. Talossa on oma hiiligrilli / piknik-alue heti mökin takana valtavan pekaanipähkinäpuun alla. Putkien vuokraus on vain metrin päässä! Tällä aidatulla kiinteistöllä on 3 taloa, jotka jakavat joen pääsyn. Texas Star nukkuu 14 ja on näkymät joelle. Aivan Texas Starin vieressä on Wagon Wheel, josta on näkymät joelle ja nukkuu 14. Jos sinulla on suuri juhla, tiedustele muista 2 talosta.
Astu mökin sisällä aurinkotilaan ruokapöydällä, jonka istuin on 6 ja jossa on 2 erillistä vyöryä (vuodepaikkoja 4). Viihtyisässä olohuoneessa on sohva ja 3 tuolia sekä kaksi vyöryä (vuodepaikkoja 2). Täysin varusteltu keittiö kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Keittiössä on ruokapöytä 4. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja täysi sänky (nukkuu 4). Tässä kodissa on yksi kylpyhuone, jossa syvä suihkukombo. Tässä kodissa on satelliitti-tv ja WiFi.
EI OSAPUOLET, EI lemmikkejä, tupakointia ei! Vieraiden on oltava vähintään 25-vuotiaita varauksen tekemistä varten, ja heidän on oltava majoituksena kiinteistössä oleskelun ajan. Tässä kodissa voi majoittua korkeintaan 10 vierasta. Tätä korkeinta käyttöastetta ei saa missään vaiheessa ylittää. Ei päivävieraita.
Talo sijaitsee kätevästi 15 minuutin päässä New Braunfelsin keskustasta, historiallisesta Gruenestä ja Schlitterbahnin vesipuistosta. Ostokset ovat vain 20 minuutin päässä San Marcos -myymälästä. Läheisiin nähtävyyksiin San Antoniossa kuuluvat Alamo, Fiesta Texas ja kuuluisa San Antonio River Walk, vain 30 minuutin päässä. Olet myös lyhyen 45 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Austinin osavaltion pääkaupungista, ja kaikki se on tarjottavanaan. Uusissa Braunfels -tuotteissa sinun ei koskaan lopu tekemistä!

The only recommendation is to wash the comforters more frequently. The one on the king bed had a large stain on it as well as the matching pillow cases. The other sheets and white pillow cases were clean and fresh. Other than that, everything was comfortable and clean.

Cute Property

The property is cute and very conveniently located close to the river. We were disappointed that the property didn’t seem to have been cleaned very recently. The beds were a mixed bag of ok or not very comfortable specifically the smaller bed in the bedroom and the one in the living room they were very hot like not breathable. The a/c worked great though, they also provide a box fan in case you need it. Lots of pillows and extra blankets are provided. My favorite part was they provided P L E N T Y of towels, there was 7 of us for basically 3 days and we were perfectly covered. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. We grilled all our bigger meals and the grill was in ok condition but it got the job done.

The home had funky smell when we arrived. The bed sheets and comforters in the master room were dirty. There were no cleaning supplies available to clean up. We had to buy them or make due. We spent most our time out doors so the cold a/c was nice to return to. Over all we would not stay here again.

The house was what we needed! Just a heads up for any future users! Enjoy!!

Floated the river all afternoon watching the ducks and several turtles looking for people food. There was great shade under a large pecan tree by the cabin with the grill and deck. Will be back!
