Sinulla on Suora joen pääsy, joten se on täydellinen pelaamiseen tai vain rentoutumiseen, kun katsot muiden leijailevan alla olevassa joessa. Kiviranta ei ole mitään muuta kuin FANTASTINEN !!! Voit mennä joelle heti kivirannan vierestä ja poistua monista paikoista ylös ja alas jokea. Siellä on kuljetuspalveluita, jotka palauttavat sinut omaisuuteen. Pikkukiviranta on myös täydellinen pelaamiseen tai vain rentoutumiseen katsellessasi muiden kelluvan alla olevassa joessa. Lisäksi, jos nautit elävästä musiikista, omaisuus on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä River Roadin jäätalosta ja Gruene-talosta. Tällä kodilla ei ole näkymää joelle.

Tämä hiljattain rakennettu ylellinen 4 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuoneen koti nukkuu 12 vierasta mukavasti. Avoin keittiö / ruokailutila / olohuone, jossa monia lisämukavuuksia. Graniitti työtasot, joissa iso saari lisäistuimia varten täydessä keittiössä, joka sisältää ruokia, kaikki kodinkoneet ja keittiövälineet. Siinä on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Tässä talossa EI ole WIFI- tai langatonta internetyhteyttä. Jos tarvitset pääsyä WIFI-palveluun, sinun on määritettävä henkilökohtainen hot spot.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneesta on oma kuisti, josta on kauniit näkymät kallioille. Olen loistava paikka saada aamukahvia ja nauttia villieläimistä. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä. Vieraskylpyhuone sijaitsee kätevästi vieraan makuuhuoneen vieressä. Alakerrassa on neljäs makuuhuone. Se on 2 kaksoset ja yhden hengen yli kerrossänky. Alakerran huoneessa on myös täysi kylpyamme.

Siellä on putkivuokraus paikan päällä (kesäkuukausina) ja vieressä Gilligan's Islandilla. Edestakainen kuljetus Lone Star Float -talosta tarjoaa täydellisen iltapäivän kelluvamatkan. Lisäksi siellä on suuri kallioranta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä talosta ja syvä luonnollinen uimareikä. Saatat jopa havaita vuohia hengästyneellä korkeudella aamuisin. Suuri autosatama on täydellinen paikka heittää pesukoneita ja nauttia auringosta. Ranta on yksityinen, koska olet aidatussa yhteisössä muiden lomavuokralaisten kanssa. Vieraiden on oltava vähintään 25-vuotiaita varauksen tekemistä varten ja heidän on oltava majoituksena hotellissa. Tupakointi kielletty, ei juhlia, ei lemmikkejä. Huoneeseen mahtuu korkeintaan 12 vierasta. Tätä korkeinta käyttöastetta ei saa missään vaiheessa ylittää. Ei päivävieraita.

Quiet family getaway

My kids had a blast playing in the river that was really close by (right next to the houses). This house was perfect for 7 of us. Lots of seating areas - in and out. The house had everything we needed…if you forget it they will probably have it! Checkout rules were pretty standard. That’s one thing I noticed in other listing nearby…some were wanting you to sweep, mop, etc. They supplied plenty of bath towels for everyone (we brought our beach towels). My kids were already planning out next trip to this house 😂

Memorial Day is a busy time for this section of the river. The cabin itself is nice, comfortable and has all the amenities listed. It does not have wifi. We were satisfied with our stay but do wish we had chosen another weekend to enjoy to river. The cabin is central to several different attractions, so we were able to enjoy the weekend even without spending much time on the river itself.

Don’t go in the summer

We have stayed in this little group of houses a few times and never had the trouble we had this time. I know it was hot outside but we couldn’t use the oven or even showers with the Temp inside hitting 80 degrees. And it didn’t come down until 4 am. The property manager said the AC was working as it should. I disagree as a contractor. This made our stay uncomfortable to say the least.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned this trip with our good friends. We have 2 toddlers (3&5) and they have to little ones (3&1). This spot was great river access for families with little ones! We were able to let them play in the river without it being too deep or dangerous. The only downside is we didn't use the bedroom on the first floor because we were too worried about leaving either kids down there overnight or one of us separating from our kids upstairs. This would be great for teenagers who want their own space. There is no bathtub anywhere (so be prepared with little ones). But overall a great stay. Will book again.

Great time with family!!

We had a wonderful time at the Silver Spur! It had a great layout and was perfect for our two families. Four adults, two teens, two young kids, and a toddler. Full house, but lots of room for everyone! Short walk to the river for relaxing and enjoying the view. Close to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, and river access for tubing. The perfect spot! There was a problem with our AC when we arrived, but the property manager sent a tech and got us up and running. This Texas heat is no joke, so we were grateful for Mike coming to the rescue.

Great Place, Tough Fishing

We loved the accommodations and the river access for fishing but on two different days we were not able to fish because there was so many fishing at the CVC location. It was a bit confusing because the was only one other condo being used. I know there are Trout Unlimited users who pay for access, but the access may be being abused. The reason we stayed there was for the fishing access.

There wasn't anyone other than condo renters in the area down by the river. Overall great house! We will definitely be returning. I would say make sure you bring extra trash bags.

Awesome Stay, Beautiful Property

We stayed in this home/property in April 2021, and we had a great time! It was a total of 12 of us, there was plenty of room in the kitchen/living room and in each bedroom for all of us. The home was very clean! Check in and instructions were made very clear and very easy to follow. It is about an hour or so drive to San Antonio, but that was okay for our family. We loved the access to the river, beautiful views and we had lots of fun playing in the water. We’ll definitely keep this property in mind if we are in this area again!
