Welcome to the Wildlife Crossing Room, where comfort meets the spirit of the outdoors.

Located on the first floor, this spacious room is decorated with wildlife-inspired artwork and rustic accents that bring a touch of nature to your stay.

Inside, you’ll find two queen beds, perfect for families or groups traveling together. The room also features a convenient kitchenette with essentials for quick meals or snacks! A full bathroom and modern amenities ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable.

Being on the first floor makes access a breeze, whether you’re carrying in gear for a river float, heading out to Schlitterbahn, or strolling into town for dining and shopping.

The Wildlife Crossing Room is the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and character—your nature-themed getaway in the heart of New Braunfels.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there`s a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you`d like a copy before booking (we can`t attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (4 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 1 car (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
--Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
