`Beware of the Bear` Wasser Lodge #102 was designed by combining two rooms into one large suite, this inviting space features a queen bed, a fun bunk setup with a twin on top and a full futon below, plus 1.5 bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable.

The open-concept layout includes a living area for lounging, a kitchen for easy meals, and plenty of room for families or groups to spread out.

Step outside and you’re in the heart of the action: the famous Master Blaster ride is across the street and local tube outfitters are just next door with everything you need for a float trip down the Comal.

After a day of sun and splash, unwind on your private patio or head out to discover the restaurants and nightlife just minutes away.

With private river access, a central location, and a spacious setup that blends comfort with fun, this property offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure for your New Braunfels escape.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there`s a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you`d like a copy before booking (we can`t attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (5 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 1 car (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
