• Breaking Covenants & Restrictions (per Rental Agreement)

Additional House Rules
• Sunset Lake is motorless — only swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding allowed. Respect all lake rules
• Firepit: keep fires contained, small, and avoid windy days. Clean up after use
• Early check-in only with prior approval. Garage may be used for luggage storage (with advance permission)
• Clean gas grill after each use
• Clean up after pets. Waste must go into bags and trash. Extra cleaning fees apply if needed
• Noise monitors are set at high thresholds so normal activity won’t trigger them
• Guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement before arrival. All rules in this agreement and listing apply
