Great stay

This hotel was very nice, my room was big & clean, and the customer service was great. I have to mention the lady who works the front desk in the evenings - she was so pleasant & friendly! Just the kind of employee every hotel should have at their front desk. (unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but the manager should give her a raise!)

There are rooms in the main building and there are rooms in an outdoor plaza w/pool, firepit & seating/lounging areas. The outdoor plaza was cool, I was right across from the pool. Unfortunately, it rained the week i was there. Breakfast was good. I was only able to go twice because I had my toddler. It was a hassle to get her up and dressed to walk over. Cons-if you want breakfast or anything in the main building, you have to get dressed and go outside. It was COLD, WINDY & RAINING. Its probably be 2 minute walk. Also, it's loud because people think they're "outside".

Good but not great

The hotel was fine. Check in was quick but she failed to give me my 2 free drinks. The next day I realized I did not get my drinks, and went to the front desk. She told me I had to talk to "Greg." The next morning Greg was not in but the front desk associate was friendly and gave me my drinks. The hotel walls are super thin. Between inconsiderate people after midnight and the next room blaring an action movie at 3am, I did not sleep well. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Overall it was good but I would probably find a different hotel on the next trip to the area.
