Perfect stay for a quick weekend getaway! Only complaint was that the bexs were a little uncomfortable, but definitely not a deal breaker. Convenient location if you are looking to stay out of the hustle and bustle of New Orleans!

Some mold/mildew stains in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Only stayed one night to catch cruise ship and the port was only a short drive. Didn’t see pool, bonfire pit area, or anything else on property. Great breakfast. Easy parking.

Good hotel but could get very noisy

The hotel is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel many times. But this the guests were really noisy. They stayed up late and then they stood in front of my room talking loudly before 8 o'clock in the morning. The room has no sound proof at all. I didn't get much sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there

Not so good stay :-(

Our two night stay started on the wrong foot. We wasn't able to check in early (wanted to check in around 2pm). They said the rooms wasn't ready...really? After the first night 1. We realize our refrigerator froze everything we put in there so they had to replace the fridge which I realize that wasn't their fault. 2. Our toilet started leaking when flushed (or what it seems like to us). Called the front desk, they sent someone to look at it (same individual who replaced the fridge). He flushed it a couples of times and said "see no leaking" and left like we was lying. Called and asked if we could have another room but was told they was all booked up. Asked to speak with a manager but one wouldn't be on site till the next morning around 7am. The only thing this hotel has going for them is the garden terrace in my opinion.

Friendly staff, room was clean except for the floor got our feet dirty, good breakfast. No elevator in our building. Not happy that we had to haul everything up 3 flights of stairs at 2am.
