The stay overall was very good. Pleasantly surprised with the property. They have been doing some renovations and the rooms were updated very nicely. Close to the airport and had shuttle service to and from. Only stayed one night. Had breakfast in the morning that was adequate for what I needed.

Easily one is the worst stays in a hotel I’ve ever had. We had to move rooms twice. The first room has ants all over and the second one, the room was not clean nor was the bed made. Things were all over the place. The third room finally was okay. It was smaller than the others and missing an ironing board, but at least it we clean. It took us an hour to get settled in finally after changing rooms twice. Luckily, it was only one night because the today on the 14th, we board a cruise ship to Mexico. Staff was nice about the changes but we shouldn’t have had to make any.

Our room is newly renovated. It is clean and looks nice. No fridge or microwave but it looks as though it is going to be part of the room as the furniture which is new has the space for it. When you arrive at the airport make sure you contact the hotel for pickup as they don’t just show up. There is mot much around as far as restaurants go but we did order in pizza which worked great for us. Girl at the front desk was pleasant and we are overall pleased and the price was good.

No Hot Water

Every was good but NO hot water told frint response there wiring on it the whole .we were in town for a wedding and NO showers during the stay abd they weren't working on anything. They just don't adjust the setts to provide the correct temperature.

Horrible business stay.

My air went out and was leaking onto the floor and the front desk said they would report it. Not send someone to fix it or move me to a room with working air. The next morning I had no hot water and again the front desk said she would report it.

There were some major renovations going on so we ran the water for 15 min to get it hot. There was no trash can in our room... on the plus side: great location next to the airport and good breakfast. I'm sure when everything is finished it will be top notch

We flew in late and didn’t get our car until the next day. The shuttle service is fantastic. The hotel is close to the car rentals and really close to the airport. For a budget hotel we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very kind. The gentleman that came to pick us up at the airport was very welcoming. I do say, I do get a little nervous when our room doors are outside. There was only one working elevator but I was super thankful for it, since we were on the 4th floor. I was disappointed that we had asked for rooms close to the couple we were traveling with. She said she would try but was ultimately unable to accommodate since they were busy. We were fine with that, however, as we were walking to our room, we could see there were 20 plus rooms that were open (they keep the curtains open). They were still open when we checked out. Breakfast was basic but filling, and it got the job done. Even though we were unable to use it, the pool looked very clean and nice. You are very close to the airport here and see planes taking off frequently. I would overall recommend staying here. For those cruising out of NOLA, you will need to Uber/Lyft out of here. It is about a 30 minute drive.
