Issue resolved well

We had an issue with getting into our room as the room’s key security system wasn’t working. After 3 attempts, they moved me to a different room and gave me a free buffet. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

For the price we paid, our room was not up to standard. The shower curtain had a hole in it with ink stains, the ironing board cover and small seated area under the mirror were filthy with stains all over. The walls are super thin, and we can hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and the room next door. The people in the room next door were deafening, yelling, and banging. I had to call security for a noise complaint. The lighting in the room is trash if you're trying to put on makeup. The pool was not in service, and from what I understand from a friend who stays there, it never is. I went down to ask for towels because they didn't answer the 3 phone calls that I placed, and encountered a very rude desk worker who was in the back office talking on her cell. When I asked for the towels, I was met with a very nasty attitude not fit for customer service staff. Overall, this is definitely not a hotel I would recommend for anything other than its location. IF I ever stay here again, I know to bring more bleach wipes and earplugs.

Although it's in a good location, this was our worst experience with a Doubletree. We walked into our room to find a broken towel holder and a constantly running toilet and a layer of dust on the shelf over the bed. When we went to shower, we realized that hand towels were hung on the broken towel rack, but no bath towels. After going to the reception desk to get bath towels, one had hair stuck in the towel. Cleanliness at this location could definitely be improved.

The hotel was conveniently located which made getting around town nice. It was in pretty good shape and had some decent amenities. Most the staff was great but the check in hosts were truly terrible. We had reservations for months. We had just gotten off an all noght flight and were exhausted. Granted we arrived early and they said they were doing what they could to get us rooms, but we ended up waiting all day just to be told our room still wasn’t ready by check in. Then what were you guys doing this whole time?!? Even then we waited an extra hour and they still weren’t concerned and I had to go remind them we still didn’t have a room. Just really bad customer service.

Always an amazing stay

Always a 5 star stay at The Doubletree. We came in for a concert at The Fillmore. Hotel is right across the street. Very safe to get to and from. Casino had munchies after the show and the hotel has the best cookies to close out the night.the ONLY place I stay when I have a concert to see at The Fillmore
