This area is exceptionally walkable and features oak-shaded streets that are lined with a diverse mix of homes, from single-story cottages to the grand historic mansions and lavish gardens of St. Charles Avenue. The St Charles streetcar six blocks away will transport you downtown to the French Quarter or uptown to the Universities or all the way to the Riverbend. In addition, it is very close to the Mardi Gras parade routes so you can catch all the Carnival fun! Located in the heart of the Garden District, the home offers an ideal location. You'll be steps from award-winning restaurants, first rate shopping, world-class breweries, parks, and more.

Getting Around:
The St. Charles streetcar line is six blocks away and will take you to all the main tourist attractions including Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola Universities, the Riverbend and the French Quarter. Uber or taxi will get take guests to most areas in the city in about 10 minutes or less. All street parking is free and first come, first serve.

Other Things to Note:
Per New Orleans City requirements, this home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

You will have full and private access to the 2.5 bedroom home. The building is a double (duplex) and shares one wall with the owner's unit.
