Definitely a nice place to stay if you are solo traveling or traveling for work and need a quick place to stay. You do share a room with other people (like gender) but the people typically stay to themselves, and the beds are clean and pretty comfortable! You get a spacious cubby space to store your items (bring a lock - if you want extra security), multiple outlets to charge your devices, they provide towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The bathrooms are clean and they clean them often. I enjoyed my stay here. There’s things to do in the building and they serve breakfast every morning. I was unsure about my stay at first as I have never stayed at a hostel before but for it to be on the strip (as I call it lol) or real close to bourbon street and all the busyness, it was a great choice. It can be noisy from the outside but it’s the typical noise you would hear anywhere but they do provide earplugs if you can’t adjust to the sounds of the night. The guest service is pretty easy and quick when checking in and there is someone always there and willing to assist you. They don’t have parking which can be a downside if you are driving but that’s the only con honestly.

This place was wonderful! Clean and private bathrooms and showers, clean and comfy bed, excellent location. I will definitely be staying here again! Rachel at the front desk was friendly, helpful and made me feel very comfortable as a guest. Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in!

Pleasantly Surprised!

This was my first stay in a hostel. Had at home privacy feel in the bedroom and great vibes in the common areas. Everything was clean. I will definately be coming back with my friends. I was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect for Bourbon st. and parades.

This was my very first time staying in a hostel. I stayed over Mardi Gras and couldn’t have choosen a better location. I seen reviews on tick tock and had to try it out. The facility was clean, quiet and properly ran. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful with getting checked in. The area felt safe as we had a key card entry, and events were all within walking distance from hotel. Parking garages were also nearby. I will definitely be back again!

It was noisy, ear plugs where shown to me day i checked out. Anyone in hallway sound echoed into room even with door closed. Door latch it self so loud it woke you as people came into room for their bunk. People were quiet the closing of the door woke you...it was superbowl weekend so the sirens up and down the road all night till 2 am...again not hotel faul...but wish i was told to grab pair of ear plugs. Being 54 having to climb to top bunk once i got up there i was not going down till morning

Good hostel but.....

Hostel was clean, eco friendly, all but one staff member were great, was nice to be able to leave luggage in locker room after checkout until ready to go to airport and the rooms were designed comfortability- only complaints price was a little for not being able to change the settings on the ac/heater settings were locked we asked the front desk to unlock they said no they had to change it we asked them to turn down the ac to 69 was told can only go down to 70 and then she never changed it for us so room was a little too warm insulation not so good in the old building so added to humidity and too warm for us and towels would not dry out becuae of the humidity, internet didnt work so TV wouldn't work either. Would stay again truthfully if price was lower or for the going price if could control ac/heater and tv and internet worked.
