The hotel overall is really nice..The bar located in the lobby is really cool too..Staff was overall courteous and friendly..Overall I would only give it four stars out of five because the front desk receptionist said that the hotel isn't serving bacon anymore after they use to have bacon sometimes for breakfast...don't take bacon away like that...

The first room we were assigned was occupied by someone else. We were reassigned a new room and the air conditioner didn't work. We told staff and the manager suggested us 2 separate rooms but we have our children with us so we could not separate into 2 rooms. So staff asked if we wanted one or two fans. I asked for 2 because the suite was large. They brought us one fan.

We got in late at night with our baby already asleep and the staff got a crib setup in the room before we even got into it! The food was excellent, and the staff was super nice. The only issue is a mustiness in the hallways

A real disappointment for a Hilton property. The location was a little out of the way. The room was fine, nothing special. Some staff was pleasant and helpful; others curt. No one at the front desk ever answered the phone from the room. I had to dial as an outside caller to get someone. There's a note on the mirror that says they will make the bed every other day - ridiculous -and freshen the room. They never made mine over 3 days and only picked up the trash once. Didn't take dirty towels or clean bath but did replace some towels. A high point was the breakfast - they offered more selections than some - with hard cooked eggs, yogurt, fruit, waffles, scones, muffins, egg dish, red potatoes and some form of meat - bacon, sausage,etc. The valets were outstanding - always helpful and polite. Their registration staff could take some points from the valets.

This place was in a great location. It was close to things yet still quiet and safe. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very nice and accommodating. My partner and I will definitely be staying here again next time we come to the city.
