The location is close to the action, but without the noise. Toilet broke and took over 24 hours for someone to fix it. After the second notification to the front desk it was taken care of promptly.

Room was nice but no hot water in the shower. Breakfast food ran out very quickly. Check-in staff was not friendly. Area around the hotel was very run down. No laundry and no microwave in the room.

The stay was great. For the time that we were there. We had an issue with the housekeeping but other than that everything was great. The breakfast was really nice as well. The only thing I add is that the area around the hotel. It is kind of dirty due to the fact that it's right off canal but that's out of the hotel properties control

Horrible, after booking a room for my 18 yr through Expedia, the hotel informed me they would not allow him to check in. I asked the hotel representative if I could cancel, because of this reason, he said sure, he said to have Expedia call the hotel and they would get it done. I had to reach out to Expedia numerous times and each time they dragged their feet calling the hotel. When they finally reached the hotel, the person they talked to said the reservation will not be canceled, it would be a now show reservation and my card would be charged. In the future, I probably won’t go through Expedia, I’ll book direct through the hotel instead

The property and our room are extremely clean and surprisingly quiet to be so close to some of the high crowd areas. Love that there was an affordable room to accommodate our family of 5 without having to separate, and after a long day of travel we were very thankful to be welcomed to check-in early and stretch out before a walk to dinner and down Canal!
