Absolutely average. Room clean but facing on a wall. Bathroom clean. I didn't like the breakfast they offer, only american stuff (eggs and bacon): no expresso coffee, no croissants, no cakes, maybe one kind of cheese. Jam was industrial. To make breakfast were available waffels (Do it yourself, waiting list), donuts (to warm up), bread... that's it. Also the service is not very efficient, I wanted another cup of coffee but we had to wait for it. Very good location anyway.

Walk to the main attractions

Hotel has valet parking only ($48/day) and it does not have self park. However, there is a parking garage right next to the hotel, where I think the hotel makes use of for its valet parking. You can park on levels 6-8 and walk across the street to the hotel for $30/day. Driving can be challenging on the one-way streets, so we left our car parked and walked to the World War II museum (18 minutes). Later on, we walked the opposite direction from the hotel to Jackson Square (16 minutes) and saw the cathedral, Cafe du Monde, 1850s house, Cabildo, Preservation Hall, Bourbon Street, and Canal Street. Bring an umbrella just in case! The hotel has been remodeled well and the rooms are nice. The large breakfast area is on the 4th floor and is beautifully furnished. Really nice hot breakfast. The elevators are secured/accessed by room key card. We had an issue with the hvac system, but staff was attentive and fixed it promptly on a Sunday night. Easy access to/from the interstate. Lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful stay ! Buffet breakfast was excellent ! Only complaint was the view out our window on the 14th floor. It was a huge, white brick building. Couldn’t see the sky or ground, just a wall of bricks.

The hotel was extremely clean and updated and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! The breakfast was Sensational!! I didn’t care for the location because I don’t like that area of New Orleans very congested and there wasn’t a lot of restaurant choices down there. But other than that if I ever come back there to go on a cruise, I will most definitely stay there.

The room was quiet (14th floor) and I could not hear any noise from the street. The couch was extremely comfortable, and bathroom was quite clean and modernized. There were a lot of windows with drapes, so there was plenty of natural lighting if needed. Everything else met my expectations and I had a pleasant stay. Definitely an option to come back to stay again if I visit New Orleans again.
