The sheets were damp, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and the room overall was dank. Nothing felt clean, the hallway was filthy, and there was a smell throughout the hotel as if gas was escaping. The complimentary hot water also has residue in it. Thankfully they provided bottles of water. Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. Only good thing was the location, right in the French Quarter and close to the riverfront.

Room was hot there was issues with the air conditioning so after our 3rd night thet moved us to another room...a much better view out the window. Ask the gurl at the front desk why they didnt just give us that room to begin with and she sakx she didnt know but it was available lm our check in day..pp lol l lll

Loved the location of the property. Easily walkable to anywhere you want to go. We didn't drive the entire stay. The parking is self-parking, but you have to park a couple of blocks away from the hotel in a parking garage and walk back to the hotel. It was fine for us, but not ideal for anyone with disabilities who cannot walk far. We stayed in a Suite and it was lovely and worth the $.

Great Location

Hotel had a nice "boutique" appearance. Hallway carpets were in bad shape and room smelled of mildew. Staff was very pleasant. Great location.

This hotel was a wonderful decision! I like to walk, explore, dine, drink, people watch, immerse myself into a culture (every city has its own vibe-culture) and this was just a great location for that. I walked everywhere in the area, from Canal, to Bourbon St, and all the side streets and places in between. And at all hours of the night, up to 2, 3, and 4 in the morning. I’m a guy and travel alone, I did not feel uneasy or unsafe anywhere. But I also know to mind by business and stay in my lane. New Orleans is like anywhere else, if you go looking for trouble, sure you will find it, but if you’re minding your business and enjoying a late night walk, no one bothers you. The restaurants, bars and shopping all walking distance to the hotel is amazing. I’d be out of the hotel by 10 am and would come back to get changed for dinner and then go right back out and stay out until late. All on foot! Some of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had were right here. So peaceful, and bedding is just phenomenal. They have an awesome staff here that will take care of and help with anything you need. They are extremely helpful, house keeping is on top of it as well, coming back in at dinner to change and having my shower and bedding all redone and ready to go was super nice. This hotel can accommodate all ages but if your an active and on the go type person, you can’t beat this location. I will definitely stay here again!

I wouldnt stay here checked into my room blood stains on the sheets. told front desk moved to another room and 1 bed had stained sheets and the other bed sheets were never changed.

Very nicely located in the French quarter. It was super easy to get around. The room was nice despite the bathroom being a little tight (but in an older building that’s to be expected). Overall very charming and would definitely book it again.

Convenient and affordable

Staff was really nice! They let us check in early and held onto our bags after check out. The location was very convenient. A 10 min from the convention center and a 2-3 min walk to Bourbon street. The free gym access was also a huge plus. The only small inconvenience was how tiny the bathroom was. It was hard for my partner and I to get ready without running into each other

This was a nice basic New Orleans hotel in a VERY convenient location to Bourbon St., the French Quarter, the River and shopping. We walked to everything. The room was quite small and did not have a desk or a view, but it was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Great rooms, beautifully decorated, spacious with amenities such as fridge and microwave. Perfectly located, French Market, Bourbon St all in walking distance. Will absolutely stay there again!
