I had a wonderful stay at the Loews Hotel in New Orleans! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect—close to the French Quarter and the Riverfront, but tucked just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and great city views. I especially appreciated the small touches like complimentary coffee and thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel extra special. The hotel’s lobby and common areas were stylish yet cozy, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious food with excellent service. Every interaction with staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—was professional, friendly, and attentive. Overall, Loews New Orleans strikes the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure—you won’t be disappointed!

Extremely Welcoming! The staff went out of there way to meet/exceed any needs my family had. Incredibly family friendly, the staff even created a personalized and signed Birthday Card for my 5 year old son with gifts and special treats. Impressive, will absolutely return.
