The bed had stains on the covers, the bathroom was still dirty when we checked in, the shower was filthy, the ac unit wasn’t working properly, staff was either not at the desk or didn’t seem approachable. 0/10, will never stay here again.

The listing said indoor pool, and it was not indoors. The shower curtain was covered in mold, and the walls had mold on them too. The pillows were stained and very gross. One of the locks on my door was broken, so I did not feel very safe.
