The room was nice but appeared to be missing some furniture. The suite we were in had a TV on the wall with multiple cords hanging out from underneath and a mini frig just floating on the flor underneath. The sofa was very uncomfortable but the bed was great. The room was quiet and everything seemed to work properly. It was a bit dated when it comes to decor but overall I would not hesitate to stay there again. The staff was the most attentive that I have ever experienced and the valet was awesome.

Very nice

First Stay at Lakeway

This was my first time visiting the hotel, and I was very pleased. It’s an older hotel, but it’s very well kept and the parking was very reasonable. It’s close to the mall and several food spots, in addition to being only fifteen minutes from the airport. I had a great experience and would definitely stay there in the future.

The Hotel itself was okay but not the expectations when I requested a "birthday" acknowledgement. I requested some kind of birthday recognition the day of my arrival to be in the hotel room even if it cost me. The lady I spoke on the phone with told me it would be done and not to worry. Well the day came and as we walked into the room, there was no birthday acknowledgement at all. This was very disappointing and ruined the surprise for my wife. I'm not sure what happened but we were let down and I hope this doesn't happen to someone else.

Nice hotel

Our trip was a family trip. I recommend this hotel, there are many positives regarding this hotel that far exceed my negative. Hotel was clean and all the staff ( front desk , housekeeping and wait staff) were super nice and friendly. Can’t say enough about how nice all the staff were! Restaurant was nice and clean and food was delicious. The gym was adequate but there was another gym on the property if u wanted to pay additional money to use. This hotel is next to the water with concrete walking/jogging and bike paths. We walked , jogged multiple days from hotel ( which was right there at water and paths were right there). My only complaint is that the beds in the double bed rooms were only double beds. My wife and I are use to a king bed but can very comfortably sleep in a queen but the double beds felt small to us. If it’s just 1 person to a bed then that’s great but if you have a family that may have 3 or 4 people with multiple people sharing a bed, the beds felt small and cramped. Now the room was nice and clean and roomy . The room could have definitely fit bigger beds. Anyways that’s our only complaint was sharing a double bed, didn’t sleep well with being so cramped. Besides the double beds being small the room, hotel , restaurant and staff were all nice to great. We would stay here again .
